Body Balance is a yoga-based class that also incorporates Pilates and Tai Chi.  It aims to improve flexibility and increase core strength while reducing stress levels. Controlled breathing, concentration, and carefully structured movements create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
